Job summary

Marsell Wellness Center in Victorville, CA seeks a qualified clinician to provide strengths-based, trauma-informed therapy and case management under the ORR contract.

You will collaborate with treatment teams, complete assessments, develop permanency plans, and ensure culturally sensitive services. This role requires a Master's degree and California licensure eligibility, with strong documentation and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or related behavioral science with direct clinical experience.
• Registration required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as ASW/AMFT/APCC.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct mental health services to agency-approved and contracted clients.
• Maintain confidentiality of client treatment records.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the EHR.
• Advocate for clients, coordinate referrals and resources with families and professionals.
• Ensure culturally sensitive services and language considerations in assessments and plans.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop permanency plans and ensure timely permanency.
