Marsell Wellness Center in Victorville, CA seeks a licensed clinical supervisor to lead the minors' treatment program. You will coordinate treatment planning, supervise clinical staff, and ensure fidelity to the ORR framework while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work or counseling, licensure (BBS/BOP), experience with children and families, and strong leadership and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, or related behavioral sciences.
• Licensed with BBS/BOP for at least 2 years.
• Experience working with children and at-risk families.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Complete the BBS/BOP Supervisor Training (Initial 15 hours or 6 hours for renewals).
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise department staff per policies and applicable laws.
• Ensure team evaluations within 90 days and annually thereafter.
• Oversee staffing schedules and 1:1 supervision of all team members.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship with timely corrective actions.
• Provide BBS/BOP clinical supervision to associates.
