Job summary

Marsell Wellness Center in Montebello, CA seeks a skilled case management supervisor to coach a unit of professional case managers handling complex services and ORR program components. You will oversee training, quality, and staff development while maintaining compliance with agency policies.

Required are a Bachelor’s in social services and experience in case management; a Master’s in behavioral sciences is preferred. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; strong MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires strong case management and crisis intervention skills.
• Experience with trauma-informed practices preferred.
• Spanish bilingualism preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, train, and coach the case management team in complex cases.
• Develop community resources and participate in staff development.
• Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring policy compliance.
