Job summary

Marsell Wellness Center in Moreno Valley, CA seeks a licensed mental health clinician to provide strengths-based, trauma-informed care under ORR contracts. You will deliver direct services, complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support permanency goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or related behavioral science.
• Registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as ASW/AMFT/APCC preferred.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct mental health services to agency-approved and contracted clients.
• Maintain confidentiality of records related to clients' treatment.
• Documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) and related forms.
• Client-centered advocacy: assess needs, provide referrals, and coordinate with families and professionals.
• Ensure services are culturally sensitive and in the client’s primary language where possible.
