Job summary

The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking passionate, innovative, and detail-oriented Clinicians and Clinical Supervisors to join our growing integrated care teams across Western Massachusetts. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including children, transitional-aged youth, adults, and families.

Our clinical focus is trauma-informed care, person-centered support, and harm reduction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Family Therapy is required.
• License-eligible Clinician with independent licensure preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass CORI background checks.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Provide initial intake assessments and conduct individual, group, family, or couple therapy.
• Care Coordination: Create comprehensive treatment plans and safety plans based on participant needs.
• Specialized Support: Work with individuals living at intersections of poverty, justice involvement, and substance use recovery.
• Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nursing, case managers, and recovery coaches.
• Documentation: Maintain high-quality clinical records using electronic health record systems.
