Job summary

Catholic Charities Boston is seeking a Clinician/Play Therapist to provide trauma-informed mental health counseling, play therapy, and case management to individuals, families, and groups in office, school, or community settings.

Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, the clinician will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, lead groups, coordinate resources, and maintain comprehensive records using the agency's EHR. Evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure preferred (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT).
• At least 1 year of social services experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy in multiple settings.
• Coordinate care with partners; locate resources and advocate for clients.
• Maintain records, reports, and treatment plans in the EHR.
• Participate in supervision and professional development.
• Work day and evening hours as needed.
