Community Medical Services in Kingman, AZ is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, and support walk-in intakes in a trauma-informed, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• 1+ years of front desk experience, preferably in hospital front desk or multi-physician practice.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR clearance required in some states; interview may require MVR check.
• In outpatient clinic environment, prior experience with walkthroughs and intake is valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and compassion.
• Schedule appointments, walk-in intakes, and coordinate client care.
• Maintain accurate client records in the electronic health record system.
• Manage patient flow in a fast-paced setting and assist with insurance verification and billing steps.
• Support confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
