Job summary

Community Medical Services (CMS) in Everett, WA is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You will greet clients and visitors with professionalism, assist with scheduling appointments, and manage walk-in intakes in a trauma-informed environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets and attends to clients in person and over the phone.
• Manages high-volume patient flow in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedules appointments using electronic scheduling system.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and sets up billing in the EHR.
• Maintains confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and 42 CFR.
