Job summary

The Prince George’s County Family Justice Center, operated by the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, seeks a dedicated Case Manager to provide trauma-informed case management and psychosocial support to clients accessing services via the PGCFJC. You will assess needs, develop individualized service plans, coordinate resources, and support clients through crisis and system navigation.

Work with onsite partners and community organizations to ensure survivor-centered, confidential services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field and one year of counseling experience or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field; licensure or certification preferred in Maryland.
• Experience with trauma-informed case management or crisis intervention is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intakes and psychosocial assessments.
• Create individualized service plans with clients.
• Offer case management for victims of violence.
• Provide crisis intervention, advocacy, and stabilization.
• Conduct safety and risk assessments.
• Refer clients to behavioral health, housing, legal, and other services.
