Job summary

The Circuit Court for Prince George's County—Family Justice Center seeks a Case Manager to provide trauma-informed case management and psychosocial support to clients accessing services through the PGCFJC. You will evaluate needs, develop service plans, coordinate resources, and assist clients navigating complex systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field and 1 year counseling experience.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
• Maryland licensure or certification in social work or related fields preferred.
• Experience in trauma-informed case management or crisis intervention.
• Lethality assessments and safety planning experience.
• Knowledge of domestic violence, human trafficking, and coercive control.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams or Family Justice Centers.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intakes and psychosocial assessments.
• Create individualized service plans with clients and coordinate resources.
• Provide trauma-informed case management and psychosocial support.
• Offer crisis intervention, advocacy, and stabilization.
• Refer to behavioral health, housing, legal, and other services as needed.
• Collaborate with partners while maintaining confidentiality.
