The Circuit Court for Prince George's County is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide trauma-informed case management and psychosocial support for clients through the Family Justice Center. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, Maryland licensure, experience with trauma-informed care, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field with 1 year of counseling experience or equivalent.
• Maryland licensure or certification in social work or related fields.
• Advanced experience in trauma-informed case management or crisis intervention.
• Conducting lethality assessments and safety planning.
• Knowledge of domestic violence, human trafficking, and coercive control.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams or Family Justice Centers.
• Collaboration with courts, law enforcement, and community resources.
• Knowledge of Prince George’s County resources.
• Experience with electronic case-management systems.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Conduct client intakes and psychosocial assessments.
• Create individualized service plans with clients.
• Offer case management for victims of violence.
• Provide crisis intervention, support, advocacy, and stabilization.
• Conduct safety and risk assessments.

• Facilitate referrals and coordinate with service providers.
• Monitor client progress and update service plans.

• Document cases accurately.
• Prepare reports for leadership and authorized purposes.
