Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) or related field.
• MSW/MA preferred or working towards advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly one-on-one sessions focusing on stability across personal, social, and vocational areas.
• Perform Rehabilitation & Needs Assessments addressing mental health, substance use, housing, and reentry.
• Develop and monitor ISPs to promote self-sufficiency and emotional regulation.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Lead group sessions weekly using evidence-based curricula.
• Facilitate youth/adult groups on decision-making, conflict resolution, and educational engagement.
• Collaborate with probation officers, attorneys, and partners to support clients.
• Navigate Baltimore’s social services to connect clients with housing, healthcare, and vocational training.
