Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Caregiver Supervisor to deliver compassionate, trauma-informed care to families and unaccompanied children in government facilities. You will oversee daily care, coordinate with medical staff, interpreters, and security, and ensure safety, dignity, and humane treatment.

This leadership role requires strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish, ability to respond to emergencies, manage schedules, document welfare checks, and maintain a sanitary living

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in childcare, healthcare, or related human services field.
• Experience managing personnel and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to pass government background checks and obtain security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance of Caregivers, manage schedules and shift changes.
• Provide compassionate daily care prioritizing safety and dignity.
• Assist with ADLs and basic needs, monitor wellbeing, report concerns.
• Document caregiver activities and incidents per policies.
• Coordinate with government personnel, medical staff, interpreters, and transport teams.
• Respond to emergencies per safety and security protocols.
