Job summary

Acuity International is hiring a Caregiver Supervisor to oversee caregivers in government processing facilities. You will ensure compassionate, trauma-informed daily care for families and unaccompanied children, maintaining safety, dignity, and well-being.

You will coordinate schedules, supervise staff, document activities, and liaise with medical staff, interpreters, and security to resolve needs promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in childcare, healthcare, social services, or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, verbal and written.
• Ability to pass background check and security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of Caregivers, schedules and shift changes.
• Deliver attentive, respectful daily care prioritizing safety and dignity.
• Assist with ADLs incl. bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Document caregiver activities and welfare checks per policy.
• Coordinate with government personnel, medical staff, interpreters and support teams.
• Respond to emergencies per established safety and security procedures.
