Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: experience in caregiving roles or health care settings.
• Completion of formal nursing arts or CNA/Home Health Aide training can substitute for qualifying experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients are where they should be during shifts and encourage participation in activities.
• Prepare and serve meals per menu plans and timelines.
• Accurately document medications and MAR per physician orders.
• Assist clients with daily tasks in line with the IRTS program and treatment plan.
• Model coping strategies and support relationship-building among clients.
• Complete routine cleaning and required paperwork within timeframes per policy.
