Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA or related care experience preferred; six months full-time homemaker or equivalent, or one year caring for clients.
• Trauma-informed approach to support and de-escalation techniques.
• Proficiency with documenting client progress and MARs in daily notes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client location during shift and encourage participation in activities.
• Prepare and serve meals per menu plans and timelines.
• Assist with medication administration and MAR documentation per physician orders.
• Instruct and guide clients in daily tasks per IRST treatment plan.
• Plan social activities with peers to reduce isolation and promote engagement.
• Complete routine cleaning and housekeeping per program supervisor instructions.
• Finish required paperwork before shift change and notify supervisor of issues.
