Job summary

Mount Prospect Academy seeks a Trauma Informed Board-C Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programming in its Pike, NH residential treatment programs. This role emphasizes collaboration with clinical teams, staff, and families to advance measurable outcomes for at-risk youth.

The BCBA will oversee programming, conduct assessments, and mentor staff while supporting a mission-driven, growth-oriented environment in the White Mountains region.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Special Education or related human services field.
• BCBA certification with minimum two years of experience.
• Strong experience in behavior analysis, assessment, and intervention planning.
• Ability to lead, train, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction for Applied Behavior Analysis programming.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans.
• Train and supervise direct support professionals and clinical staff.
• Monitor data collection systems and analyze program effectiveness.
• Lead staff training in ABA principles, behavior reduction strategies, and skill development.
• Collaborate with families, community partners, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation within electronic health records.
