Job summary

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers in Tilton, NH is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to plan, develop, and monitor a range of behavioral support services in our clinic setting. You will oversee ABA Therapists and BCBA Candidates, ensuring proactive behavioral supports and comprehensive treatment plans.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining data measurement systems, and delivering school and community consultations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field.
• BACB certification training and/or certification.
• Solid knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and ethical standards.
• Experience with ACE ABA Data System.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support services for children with autism.
• Supervise ABA Therapists, BCBA Candidates, and RBTs as designated by Regional Director.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans and data systems for progress tracking.
• Deliver consultation to schools and outside agencies.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant health information and ongoing professional training.
