Job summary

May Institute in Randolph, MA seeks a Behavior Specialist (BCBA) to support adolescents and young adults in our Residential Program or School. You will design and supervise ABA services, develop tailored treatment plans, and lead a team of behavior technicians using data-driven methods.

This full-time role requires BCBA/BCBA-D and LABA licensure, a master’s degree, and strong leadership, communication, and empathy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field. Current enrollment in Master’s of Applied Behavior Analysis considered.
• BCBA/BCBA-D and LABA license required; BCBA-D considered.
• Strong problem-solving, empathy, and compassion for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of ABA services and lead a team of behavior technicians.
• Develop and monitor behavior support plans and individualized treatment plans.
• Compile data and create graphs to assess treatment effectiveness and guide decisions.
• Provide training and support to staff and engage with parents for home skill maintenance.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of children and families to drive positive outcomes.
