Job summary

Mount Prospect Academy in Campton, NH is seeking a Trauma-Informed BCBA to lead behavioral programming within our residential treatment programs. You will guide ABA initiatives and collaborate with clinical teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Special Education, BCBA certification, and at least two years of experience, with strong skills in data analysis, supervision and training. Housing support and comprehensive benefits are available.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and direction for Applied Behavior Analysis programming.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans.
  • Train and supervise direct support professionals and clinical staff.
  • Monitor data collection systems and analyze program effectiveness.
  • Lead staff training in ABA principles, behavior reduction strategies, and skill development.
  • Collaborate with families, community partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation within electronic health records.

Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is seeking a Trauma Informed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our residential treatment programs in Campton, New Hampshire. Key Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary up to 75,000

Qualifications
