TrulyHired is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Cohannet Academy in Taunton, Massachusetts. You will work with adolescent biological females aged 13-18 in a trauma-informed residential treatment program. This role offers flexible hours and emphasizes an energetic approach.

Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans, alongside providing training and support to staff. Compensation ranges from $38.00 to $48.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Availability from afternoon into early evening.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial functional behavioral assessments.
• Develop treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
• Provide training and support to program staff and families.
