Qualifications

• Preferred: training as Medical Assistant or Pharmacy Technician or related healthcare background.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients promptly and courteously.
• Reviews government ID and verifies patient identity.
• Completes patient demographics and insurance forms.
• Uses WOW technologies for bedside registration.
• Communicates with patients and staff via multiple channels.
• Maintains HIPAA and privacy standards.
• Assists in training new personnel.
• Participates in staff meetings to improve patient experience.
