Job summary

Logan Health is seeking an experienced Trauma Program Manager, RN to lead and advance the Trauma Program at Logan Health Medical Center. This executive nurse leader will align emergency services, trauma teams, nursing, EMS, quality, and education to strengthen trauma care across the system.

You will drive strategic goals, ensure regulatory and accreditation standards are met, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within a complex clinical environment.

Qualifications

  • Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact license to practice in Montana.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an Associate degree in Nursing with at least five years of nursing experience.
  • At least three years of trauma nursing experience.
  • Completion of BLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC/TNCC Instructor within six months of hire.
  • Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Trauma Program and coordinate day-to-day program operations with guidance to other Logan Health trauma programs.
  • Develop and implement strategic and operational goals aligned with Logan Health priorities and national standards.
  • Drive performance improvement and patient safety initiatives to improve trauma care and outcomes.
  • Coordinate the Trauma Multidisciplinary Committee with physicians, nursing, EMS, quality, and education.
  • Oversee the Trauma Injury Prevention Program and annual prevention planning.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in case reviews, audits, and quality initiatives; develop evidence-based protocols.
