Job summary

Logan Health is seeking an experienced Trauma Program Manager, RN to lead and advance the Logan Health Medical Center Trauma Program across our system. You will unite emergency services, trauma providers, nursing, EMS, quality and safety to strengthen trauma care.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact with Montana authorization.
• At least three years of trauma nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse clinical, administrative, and community partners.
• Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize competing demands, analyze information, and work independently.
• Commitment to integrity, empathy, confidentiality, teamwork, and high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trauma Program operations and coordinate day-to-day program activities.
• Develop and implement strategic and operational goals aligned with policy and standards.
• Drive performance improvement and patient safety initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate the Trauma Multidisciplinary Committee with stakeholders.
• Serve as a clinical resource and organizational liaison for trauma care.
• Oversee the Trauma Injury Prevention Program and annual prevention planning.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in case reviews, audits, and quality initiatives.
