Job summary

Logan Health Whitefish is seeking an experienced RN leader to serve as the Manager, Emergency & Critical Care. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for the 9-bed Emergency Department and the 4-bed SCU, guiding clinical teams and partnering with physicians to ensure exceptional patient care.

You will oversee staffing, performance improvement initiatives, and trauma, cardiac and stroke programs, driving accountability and collaboration across disciplines in a rural critical access

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five (5) years of progressive nursing leadership experience, including significant Emergency Department leadership.
• Current Montana RN License or multistate compact license with MT authorization.
• Experience leading teams and managing clinical operations in a complex environment.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with physicians and staff.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days; ALS and PALS within 6 months.
