Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton, Arkansas seeks an experienced RN Trauma Program Manager to lead trauma nursing operations and drive program excellence from pre-hospital to discharge.

You will oversee performance improvement, quality assurance, and patient safety initiatives, partner with the Trauma Medical Director, and mentor staff while maintaining regulatory compliance and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Current state or compact RN license.
• Associate’s degree required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care quality for trauma patients.
• Coordinate quality improvement, performance improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
• Partner with Trauma Medical Director to drive trauma program excellence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and efficient service delivery.
