Job summary

Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton, Arkansas, is seeking a RN Trau­ma Program Manager for a full-time, day-shift role (5x8s, 8:00am-5:00pm). As part of Lifepoint Health, you will lead trauma nursing care, drive quality improvement, and partner with the Trauma Medical Director to enhance patient outcomes.

You will oversee nursing care, participate in performance improvement, and ensure patient safety across the trauma program, from pre-hospital to discharge, in a collaborative, growth‑oriented

Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC; CST R certification within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop departmental goals aligned with the organization's vision.
• Manage staff relations, scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and development.
• Monitor budgets, contracts, and vendor relations; justify needs for equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate patient care and quality/safety initiatives across trauma care from pre-hospital to discharge.
• Foster professional growth and implement evidence-based practices.
