Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. seeks a Terminal Manager to lead terminal operations, optimize performance, and develop a high-performing team. This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and strategic planning to drive efficiency and service excellence.

You will supervise drivers and staff, enforce DOT/OSHA/CTPAT standards, and manage payroll and timekeeping. Candidates should bring 5+ years in transportation operations and a proven track record of improving metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Transportation, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• An Associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience will be considered.
• 5+ years in transportation operations, logistics, or terminal management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing terminal team.
• Maximize operational efficiency through route optimization and scheduling.
• Ensure DOT, OSHA, and C-TPAT compliance; oversee safety and investigations.
• Strengthen customer relationships and serve as main terminal contact.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement.
