Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Management, Transportation, Logistics or related field; Associate’s with 8+ years considered.
• Experience: 5+ years in transportation operations, logistics, or terminal management.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of DOT, FMCSA, and C-TPAT best practices; ISO/OSHA exposure is beneficial.
• Leadership: Experience leading teams, resolving conflicts, and fostering accountability.
• Analytical & Communication: Ability to analyze KPIs, communicate clearly, and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing terminal team.
• Maximize operational efficiency across routes, schedules, and assets.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, C-TPAT; oversee safety and investigations.
• Strengthen customer relationships and serve as primary terminal contact.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-driven improvements to productivity and service.
