WelbeHealth is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to coordinate transportation services for participants and potential enrollees, oversee vehicle safety, and lead the Transportation team within the interdisciplinary team (IDT).

You will hire, train, supervise, and mentor staff, participate in IDT meetings, coach drivers, manage fleet records, and drive efficiency and participant satisfaction through effective scheduling and operations.

Qualificações

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills in settings with seniors, families and IDT members.
• Must participate in DMV pull notice and background checks and pass DOT physical exam.
• Current valid state driver’s license and ability to drive under company insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Transportation team including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring.
• Attend and participate in IDT meetings, market tactical meetings, and clinic huddles.
• Conduct driver ride-alongs to observe performance and provide coaching.
• Address performance and conduct issues, including disciplinary actions and escalations.
• Oversee vehicle safety and preventative maintenance including PMI oversight and vendor compliance.
• Manage fleet documentation, inventory, and purchase requests.
• Drive scheduling and operations to maximize efficiency and participant satisfaction.
