Job summary

WelbeHealth, LLC. seeks a Home Care Supervisor to oversee the in-home care team serving participants in their homes. You will supervise Home Care Assistants, manage scheduling, and coordinate with contracted vendors to ensure high-quality care.

You will interview, hire, onboard, and train assistants, ensuring credentials are up to date and aligned with WelbeHealth standards. Collaboration with medical and rehab teams will support care plans and participant outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience supervising Home Care Assistants for frail/elderly populations.
• Two years of supervisory experience with mentoring and developing team members.
• Reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; certification on hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Home Care Assistant team providing in-home personal care.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train and coach Home Care Assistants; ensure alignment with standards.
• Provide feedback to contracted agencies/vendors on performance and participant interactions.
• Maintain records of certifications for Home Care Assistants and ensure they are current.
• Audit Home Care Assistant documentation for accuracy and timeliness; provide trainings as needed.
• Collaborate with Home Health Manager and Rehabilitation to train staff on home exercise programs.
