Job summary

Seattle Children's is seeking a coordinator to optimize its parking system assets for patients, families, visitors, and staff. You will coordinate across locations, implement standard work for transportation policy, and respond to daily demand in parking, curb space, and valet operations.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, safety, and accurate inventory of campus roadways and structures. A high school diploma and 2 years in parking or transportation are required, with a valid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in parking facility, transportation system environment or related experience.
• Must be able to successfully pass a road test in a fleet vehicle.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point Applications.
• Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record reviewed by the organization's Risk Management office prior to start of employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize Seattle Children's parking system assets for patients, families, visitors and workforce.
• Operationalize, as standard work, transportation policy and procedures in the field and across multiple locations.
• Contribute to effective asset utilization by understanding and acting upon dynamic supply and demand in parking, curb space use, and valet.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to arriving patients, families, vendors and workforce members as needed.
• Inventory and effectively use campus roadways, pathways and sidewalks and external structures.
