Job summary

Hopelink in Redmond, WA is seeking a Mobility Coordinator to support the Community Transportation Navigators program. You will assist in daily operations, coordinate with contractors, and help recruit, onboard, and train CTN staff while expanding transportation options for diverse King County communities.

The role emphasizes organization, data management, and strong communication; bilingual and bicultural candidates are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience working with target populations such as people with disabilities, older adults, veterans, refugees and immigrants.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Demonstrated skills in customer service and/or community engagement; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing data, analyzing for trends, and using data to tell a story.
• Ability to travel throughout King County during the workday.

Responsibilities

• Serves as staff support for the Community Transportation Navigators (CTN) program’s day-to-day operations, including administrative support for navigators and communication coordinator for partner relations.
• Serves as the initial point of contact for general CTN inquiries.
• Manage and analyze CTN databases, including invoice tracking, outreach data, partnership roster, and ORCA program data. Support reporting and other administrative tasks.
• Organize, document, and inventory program materials; ensure off-site program locations are well stocked.
• Maintain and update CTN collateral, including webpage and promotional materials.
• Organize transportation-related educational learning sessions, networking opportunities, and recognition events for the navigators.
