Job summary

Sound Transit seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead passenger access services, including parking and loading programs, across departments and with external partners. You will coordinate budgets, vendor performance and data reporting, ensuring timely delivery within policy constraints.

Ideal candidates bring strong program management, leadership, and parking management experience, with an emphasis on equity, safety, and customer access improvements in a transit setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of increasing responsibility in real estate or public administration.
• EQUIVALENT combination of education and experience accepted.
• Strong knowledge of parking management, budgeting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage passenger access services programs including parking and loading management.
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies to optimize passenger access.
• Monitor budgets, vendor remittance and performance metrics.
• Prepare reports and present to boards and external entities.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures.
