Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree desired.
- 8+ years in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain roles.
- PM/PMO experience with Agile practices.
- Tech-grounded with ERPs, TMS, WMS platforms preferred.
- People leadership experience preferred.
- Up to 25% travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a technology product team overseeing the TMS lifecycle.
- Define short-term tactical plans and long-range strategic roadmaps.
- Design and deploy solutions to transform global supply chain management.
- Gather requirements, define KPIs, and perform cost-benefit analyses.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive adoption of technology solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
- Collaborate with IT in an Agile framework for initiatives.
