Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager – Transportation Systems Management to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the Transportation Management System (TMS) within our Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence. This role focuses on reducing transportation spend, enhancing delivery experiences, and ensuring visibility across Cardinal Health's extensive network.

You will lead a technology product team, shape the transportation product strategy, and collaborate with IT in an Agile environment to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Advanced degree preferred.
8+ years experience in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain roles preferred.
Project and Product Management experience; knowledge of Agile practices.
Technology-grounded experience that includes ERPs, TMS, WMS platforms.
Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a technology product team and oversee the full lifecycle of the TMS.
Define transport product strategy with short-term and long-range roadmaps.
Design and deploy solutions to enhance global supply chain management and reduce cost.
Gather requirements, define KPIs, and perform cost-benefit analyses.
Identify and resolve complex issues; mitigate delivery risks.
Drive adoption of technology solutions and ensure user engagement.
Collaborate with IT within an Agile framework for timely delivery.
