Performance Food Group is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee driver teams, ensure DOT and OpCo compliance, and coordinate daily route execution. The role focuses on training, safety, and efficient deliveries in a fast-paced food distribution environment.

The candidate should bring supervisory experience, familiarity with fleet management systems, and CDL readiness to support a nationwide distribution network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 2-4 years transportation or related experience with DOT and safety regulations.
• Experience operating computerized fleet management systems.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and manage delivery drivers.
• Schedule deliveries and pickups to ensure timely operations.
• Assist with payroll review and DOT/logs compliance.
• Monitor vehicle safety, equipment use, and safety protocols.
• Maintain driver records, expenses, and trip documentation.
• Coordinate with Transportation/Operations Manager to control costs.
