Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Transportation Supervisor/Manager to oversee all aspects of the transportation function in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment, including driver selection, routing, safety, and DOT compliance. You will supervise associates, manage department expenses, and coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to maximize route profitability and customer satisfaction.

A CDL and DOT knowledge are preferred; company offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-6 years transportation experience with DOT regulations knowledge.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and issue resolution.
• Oversees day-to-day delivery operations, expenses, payroll data, and reports; monitors fleet systems.
• Coordinates with Warehouse Manager to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Schedules deliveries and routing; ensures DOT compliance and safety standards.
