Job summary

Performance Foodservice, part of Performance Food Group, is seeking a Driver Supervisor to oversee delivery operations and training. You will monitor DOT logs, ensure compliance with DOT and OpCo regulations, and coordinate driver information to support safe, efficient, on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, assisting with scheduling, and maintaining driver documentation and vehicle readiness. A strong background in transportation safety and fleet systems is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years transportation experience with knowledge of DOT and safety regulations.
• Experience operating computerized fleet management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers: staffing, training, coaching, performance management.
• Assist with scheduling and ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Monitor DOT logs and driver compliance with DOT and OpCo regulations.
