Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college preferred for management roles.
• 2–4 years transportation experience or related training.
• Class A CDL preferred but not required.
• Certificate in DOT regulations training preferred.
• Knowledge of FMCSR, DOT rules, SOPs; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work and safety of transportation associates.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee labor hours and supply usage within budget.
• Prepare work schedules and training for new associates.
• Coordinate repairs and proper asset utilization for delivery.
• Review delivery productivity and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Enforce company policies and safety protocols.
• Communicate with warehouse and customer service teams to resolve issues.
• Visit customer locations to address delivery challenges.
