Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred in business or supply chain.
• 2-4 year degree in Business Management or Supply Chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Delivery Associates and ensure safety and SOP adherence.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and other regulations; maintain electronic logs.
• Manage labor hours and supplies within budget; prepare schedules.
• Oversee asset usage and maintenance; coordinate repairs with departments.
• Identify efficiency improvements and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing to resolve delivery issues with customers.
• Lead disciplinary actions and staff development; performance reviews.
