Qualifications

• 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Experience with route scheduling and budget monitoring.
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation.
• Commercial Driver’s License Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of drivers, recruit and mentor staff.
• Schedule routes, monitor hours of service and maintenance.
• Review trip sheets for accuracy and ensure DOT compliance.
• Prepare transportation reports and monitor the budget.
• Interact with customers and manage driver payroll when needed.
