Performance Food Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead driver training, schedule deliveries, and ensure DOT compliance. You will monitor logs, coach staff, and coordinate safe, efficient routes to support our foodservice customers.

You will ride along for training, review trip logs, and manage paperwork such as DVIRs and accident reports, while partnering with a transportation team to control costs and improve safety.

Qualifications

• .Supervises and trains drivers, staffing, coaching, and performance management.
• Assists in scheduling deliveries and ensures timely pickups.
• Knowledge of DOT rules, safety regulations, and fleet management systems.

Responsabilités

• Supervises drivers and staff, coaches performance, and resolves problems.
• Supports day-to-day transportation operations and payroll review.
• Monitors vehicle safety, equipment use, and post-trip inspections.
• Ensures completion of delivery paperwork and DVIRs.
