Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 2-4 years transportation or related experience with DOT knowledge.
• 2+ years leading and supervising a team of 10-15 drivers.

Responsibilities

• Supervises drivers including staffing, training, coaching and performance management.
• Assist in scheduling and ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.
• Monitor DOT compliance and driver payroll as needed.
• Maintain documentation including logs, DVIRs, invoices and reports.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and safety procedures to minimize risk.
• Collaborate with Transportation/Operations Manager to optimize routes and reduce costs.
