Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Transportation Supervisor in Corona, CA to lead day-to-day transportation operations and supervise a team of drivers. You will monitor DOT compliance, route planning, and fleet performance while coordinating with Operations and safety teams.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, solid knowledge of logistics, and hands-on experience with fleet management software. You will drive cost-efficient routing, oversee driver training, and uphold a culture of safety and service

Qualifications

• 2+ years in transportation or delivery operations.
• Experience supervising 10–15 drivers.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver safety.
• Experience with fleet management software and route optimization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and staffing/training.
• Oversee DOT compliance and payroll review.
• Ensure safe vehicle operation and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain accurate driver and delivery paperwork.
