Job summary

Core-Mark International in Arkansas is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee drivers, ensure safe, timely deliveries, monitor DOT logs, and coordinate all driver information to maintain compliance and service quality.

You will supervise staffing, training, payroll coordination, and driver records, ride with drivers for training, optimize routes to reduce costs, manage paperwork, and contribute to a safe, productive working environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years supervision in transportation with DOT knowledge.
• Class A CDL required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fleet software.
• Strong communication and analytical skills essential.
• Experience working across functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers: staffing, training, coaching, and scheduling.
• Assist with payroll, driver logs, and expense reports.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safe operations.
• Coordinate driver data: licenses, tickets, accidents.
• Oversee vehicle inspections and maintenance coordination.
• Improve routing to minimize costs and improve deliveries.
