Job summary

Core-Mark International in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking a Transportation Supervisor for the day shift. You will lead a team of drivers, ensure on-time deliveries, monitor DOT compliance, and manage day-to-day transportation operations to support our distribution network.

The role requires 4 years in transportation with DOT knowledge, strong leadership, and hands-on supervision of drivers. Travel up to 15% visiting domicile sites; occasional overnight may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years transportation experience with DOT regulations and fleet-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises drivers and staff, including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and resolving issues.
• Assist in scheduling and ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Ensure DOT compliance and accurate driver trip logs and expense reports.
