Job summary

Core-Mark in Tolleson, AZ seeks a Transportation Supervisor to lead driver teams, oversee training, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries. You’ll monitor DOT logs, verify compliance, and partner with the Transportation/Operations Manager on daily operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and efficient routing to minimize costs while maintaining safety, accuracy, and reliable service for our customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years transportation experience with knowledge of DOT and safety regulations.
• Experience with computerized fleet management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervises drivers and training, scheduling, coaching and performance management.
• Assists with day-to-day admin of transportation, payroll reviews, logs and problem solving.
• Ensures vehicle safety and proper use of equipment; attends safety meetings.
• Maintains driver paperwork and DOT/OpCo compliance; supports route optimization.
