Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Customer service experience (5 years) required.
• Previous Coordinating experience required.
• Previous Transportation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer service representative to parents and school districts with transportation needs.
• Resolve Customer complaints.
• Work as a liaison between parents, schools and transportation providers.
• Resolve logistical issues to ensure safe and timely transportation.
• Maintain records for the transportation department including student roster and route sheets.
• Assist Management as needed.
• Work on Special Projects.
• Motivate and mentor temporary staff members.
• Coordinating and scheduling all transportation (field trips, late buses, early buses).
• Must be able to interact with customers on a consistent basis.
