Job summary

Denver Public Schools is seeking a Transportation Pass Program Coordinator to manage the student ridership pass system, oversee budgets, equipment, and data tracking to keep operations running smoothly.

You will collaborate with bus crews, routing, guardians, and school staff, run KPI reports, support rollout and training, and ensure compliance and dignified service for students during the school year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Colorado CDL and good driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administration and support of the student ridership pass program and track transportation data.
• Administer program budgets for student pass systems and driver tablets; monitor expenditures.
• Oversee tablet inventory, asset tracking, warranty management, and repairs.
• Maintain records of transportation technology assets and inventory databases.
• Generate KPI reports on ridership scans and system usage.
• Collaborate with terminal staff, routing teams, and other departments for manifest updates.
• Support rollout, training, and maintenance of the pass program and guardian apps.
• Conduct ride-alongs to evaluate effectiveness and train staff.
• Serve as liaison between transportation, drivers, school staff, and guardians.
• Analyze data/feedback to improve software platforms and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
